Thank you for shopping with Cirkul Mojo. We want you to be completely satisfied with your water bottles and flavor cartridges.
Return Policy We accept returns for items purchased within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

Exceptions: For hygiene and safety reasons, flavor cartridges (Sip Cartridges) that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Initiate a Return: Please send an email to MairaLobaton94@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with return instructions within 48 hours.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.
Return Shipping Costs Unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part, customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
